NEWLY ADDED: The downstairs area was recently renovated adding additional outdoor living and recreational areas. There is a swinging daybed for relaxing afternoon naps. The side yard area has a fire pit and seating with outdoor string lights above. There is also a grilling area with a dining table and bar for entertaining and a ping pong table for some friendly competitions.
